If you upload a company logo or custom signage, we store that file for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation. We also collect payment information when we invoice you through Stripe; this information is processed and stored by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm and fulfill your reservation, track your flight in real time to ensure our greeter is on time, communicate with you about your booking, send you an invoice and process payment, and contact you if there are changes or issues related to your service.

Flight tracking

To provide our service, we monitor your flight status using your airline and flight number. This information is used solely to coordinate your greeter's arrival and is not shared with third parties.

Unaccompanied minors

For unaccompanied minor services, we collect additional information including the minor's name and age, parent or guardian contact information, and airline confirmation details. This information is used exclusively to coordinate safe airport assistance and is handled with extra care.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business: Tally (form collection), Stripe (payment processing), Google Workspace (email), and Limo Anywhere (dispatch and scheduling). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain your reservation information for up to 24 months after your service date for record-keeping and customer service purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@bostongreeters.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted email communication, secure payment processing through Stripe, and access controls on our internal systems.
